Job Summary
Operations Customer Expert Lisbon Hub
Join a leading UK-based digital bank for the March 16 intake. We are looking for banking professionals to manage high-stakes operations including fraud disputes and complaints in a high-growth fintech environment.
Monthly Gross Compensation
You can choose between two compensation structures based on your accommodation needs:
- Option 1 (Including Provided Apartment): 1966.33 (Consists of base salary all monthly allowances and benefit-in-kind).
- Option 2 (Without Accommodation): 2012.50 (Consists of base salary and all monthly allowances).
- Performance Bonus: Monthly productivity bonus up to 300.00.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Banking Financial Services or Insurance either based in Ireland or serving the Irish market from abroad.
- English: C1/C2 level proficiency.
- Legal: EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence/work permit.
