Graphics Coordinator I

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support and participate in a culture of Safety and Quality according to Printpacks Core Values

• Clearly communicate and document customer requirements

• Serve as liaison between customers Printpack Graphics Departments and prepress

• Resolve daily challenges and build long-term relationships with customers vendors production locations and immediate team members

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills. Maintain accurate and detailed notes and records

• Process and coordinate graphics requests in a production schedule to meet customer needs

• Manage the workflow of customer graphics orders with a clear and concise understanding while under tight timelines

• Demonstrate comprehension of plant Graphic specifications and application to electronic artwork

• Execute project-based work to successful completion

Requirements:

• Previous customer service related experience

• Ability to work as a team member within a group and maintain Core Values

• Experience in building and maintaining external and internal customer relationships

• Printing packaging and prepress experience

This position requires strong skills in the following areas:
