Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Testing & Data Lead for the school year. The Testing and Data Lead will oversee and ensure the successful delivery of various standardized tests that Minuteman students may take. Collaborates with all Academic Vocational and Special Education teachers and staff. Collaborates with the Minuteman Dual Enrollment Lead Teacher the College Board and other testing entities as well as students and is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.
Major Responsibilities:- Ensure effective delivery of Minutemans college and career testing services including but not limited to: Accuplacer Career Placement Pre-SAT Advanced Placement Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) American College Test (ACT) Scholastic Reading Inventory(SRI).
- May include weekend hours both on and off site.
- Manage the Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) process for student testing accommodations for ACT and SAT. Submit requests for accommodations on behalf of student. Mange the follow up process when a decision is made communicate the information with appropriate parties.
- Will support communication efforts of District.
- Other duties as assigned by Administration.
Qualifications:- Educator Licensure as approved by the State of Massachusetts.
- Strong content-area knowledge and experience.
- Strong interpersonal speaking and writing skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Alternatives to the above as may be approved by the Superintendent.
Additional Requirements:- This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:Effective Dates of Employment:- This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year (July 1 2026 June 30 2027).
Supervisor:Compensation:- The total stipend for this position is $5584 for the entire assignment.
