Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials for online and in-person educational programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that meets the learning objectives
- Utilize instructional design theories and methodologies to design effective learning experiences
- Implement multimedia elements graphics and animations to enhance course materials
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify gaps in learning materials
- Ensure all learning materials comply with accessibility standards and regulations
- Revise and update existing content based on feedback and evaluation results
- Stay current on educational technology trends and innovations in instructional design
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology or related field
- Proven experience in instructional design e-learning development or curriculum design
- Strong knowledge of learning theories instructional design models and assessment strategies
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentli>
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $125000 - $135000 per year
