• Brief Job Description of Project Engineering - Infrastructure & Environmental
• Tasks:

-Is responsible for coordinating energy-saving and CO2 emission reduction projects at production sites in the Pacific region (China Malaysia Japan Australia India...).

-Interfaces with the global project leader the sustainability department and the local teams to achieve the Groups decarbonization objectives
-Monitoring technological developments in transition energies specific to the APAC region

-Carry out project on sites with the support of the local team

-Prepares project business cases

-Financial monitoring of capital expenditure and forecasts

• Qualification

-Engineer degree in infrastructure engineering: Chemical engineering hydraulic engineering energy engineering

-5-years experience in utilities/facilitiesof infrastructure project

• Knowledge:

Technical

• Expertise in various Infrastructure such as clean room construction industrial and pure steam production cooling system Water treatment unit...
• Knowledge in Project Management is expected. Experience in international project management would be appreciated
• Expertise in Energy management (Knowledge in ISO 50 001 would be appreciated)
• Knowledge of local regulations on pressure equipment (e.g. GB Standardsin China AS/NZSin Australia)
• Proficiency in thermal/fluid simulation tools would be appreciated

• Team building and management capacity without hierarchical empowerment
• Ability to travel and work punctually in different countries
• Communication skills
• Cultural agility and ability to adapt communication style according to country(consensus management in Japan vs. rapid execution in China).
