Reporting to the Head of Service & Support as Regional Engineering Manager you are responsible for managing the team and the support of our products in a manner that delivers exceptional customer experience. You will as aligned with Roche Diagnostics local and global priorities strategy provide a cost effective customer centric diagnostic product service and support using our knowledge and expertise from pre-installation to products end of life.
