The Role:
The School Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the school office. You will be the first point of contact for parents students visitors and external agencies. This requires a professional approachable manner and the ability to handle a variety of queries confidently. You will work closely with the Office Manager SLT and wider administrative team to ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include managing emails answering calls greeting visitors maintaining student records supporting attendance monitoring processing routine documentation updating communication systems and ensuring that safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. You will also support the pastoral team with correspondence produce letters and reports and help prepare documentation for meetings. Part of the role includes liaising with teachers and support staff ensuring information flows smoothly and that deadlines are met.

Requirements:
Previous school administration experience is desirable but not essential
