Job Summary
Are you seeking a step up into your first CTO role
Join a fast growth well funded start up in Legal Tech/ AI working at the cutting edge of workflow automation. You will be a key early pioneer within this young dynamic start up and your work will be highly rewarding high profile and crucial to the success of the business and team. They already have paying customer and pilots in full swing and due to their unique proposition to market and great partnerships have received a healthy first funding round.
You could be an engineering manager chief architect or technical lead and ready to move up. This role will require you to shift gears from a technical specialist role into a leadership role understanding all elements required including mentoring and coaching a new team business strategy product development and ROI required to thrive.
The solution automates transactional and compliance workflows and needs someone with a strong understanding of legal workflows from a technical standpoint.
Your expertise in leading teams in AI/ ML in this domain or similar is required.
About you:
Technical Breadth: The ability to oversee architecture security and infrastructure.
Leadership & Management: Team building coaching and mentoring skills.
Business Acumen: Strengths in aligning technology with business goals and revenue.
Communication: Able to present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
