What youll do

AstraZeneca is looking for a passionate Product Managerto manage our key products and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Oncology this role you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful business plans working alongside an experienced Product Manager and under the guidance of the Franchise Lead. As Product Manager you will be at the forefront of executing brand strategiesdriving marketing initiatives and campaigns ensuring successful product launches and securing the best possible positioning for our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and shape the marketing strategy for assigned products consolidating market insights and competitor intelligence to inform robust business plans.
• Collaborate across functionsincluding sales public relations and market accessto develop comprehensive plans at the disease operational and campaign levels.
• You will play a direct role in achieving sales and marketing objectives while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Develop and prepare promotional materials in line with company approval processes working closely with agencies x-functional team on supporting Key Account Managers through tailored training initiatives. You will also organize and manage marketing events while partnering with the x-functional team to evaluate and optimize promotional activities.
• Monitor product performance regularly analyzing data and market trends to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Key External Experts and Opinion Leaders in the therapeutic addition you will prepare sales forecasts in collaboration with the logistics team and engage with international colleagues across AstraZenecas global network to align strategies and share best practices.

Your profile

• Experience in Brand/Product Management ideally in an innovative pharmaceutical company; We can also consider profiles from Business Administrators or Marketing Coordinators who are looking for their first step into Product Management if you have worked alongside a Marketing team.
• A blend of creativity and commercial acumen paired with excellent communication skills
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking to guide impactful business decisions
• The ability to build trusted collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• A proactive independent and flexible approach thriving in dynamic settings
• Advanced project management capabilities to ensure seamless planning execution and delivery of initiatives
• A strong sense of accountability and ownership always seeking high-quality winwin solutions
• Fluency in English and Hungarian essential
• Degree qualified
