About the program
The Working in Science Internship Program is designed for last years students and recent graduates who want to apply what theyve learned in a real global biotechnology environment. Youll contribute to meaningful projects gain mentorship and develop skills that set you up for future success.
The Strategy and Operational Excellence Team drive the Strategy and Lean Improvement across Global Procurement. We look after processes and performance for a Global Function with around 600 FTE.
General requirements
- Education: Student in business /management data/analytics engineering finance mathematics t or life sciences (final years preferred).
- Process awareness (Engineer)
- Analytical Thinker
- Good communication both English and Polish Language
- Some Lean experience or Process Improvement - nice to have
Key details
- Eligibility: Final year students and recent graduates. Please review the specific requirements for each role.
- Duration: 3 months starting in July.
- Working model: Hybrid with partial onsite presence.
- Selection process: Application review against objective criteria HireVue video responses then a remote meeting with the recruiting team.
- Timeline: Apply by 21 March 2026. Results by mid-April.
