Position responsible for leading developing and overseeingtheField Medical Teamsensuring scientific excellence theexecution of the medical strategy and thestrengthening of relationshipswithopinion leaders and key stakeholdersin the scientific clinical and regulatory fields. Ensuring the transmission of robust ethical and strategic scientific information supporting the companys medical objectives.
Have a deep understanding of the local healthcare system its priorities and challenges and lead the team with an Integrated Engagement plan to gather insights and drive fundamental and sustainable clinical practice transformations in alignment with the Medical Affairs strategy and the companys portfolio that strengthen healthcare ecosystems improve treatment outcomes that enable patient access to quality care.
Act as manager and leader to the field medical team(s) by providing operational guidance along with skills & capabilities training in accordance with the Global/local standards and relevant Job Descriptions. Drive operational excellence impact and efficiencies through measurable outcomes and a continuous improvement approach. Communicate on the quality delivery and value of the Medical Affairs team with good understanding of the internal business ecosystem (strategy model finances) and act as a key member of the local Medical Affairs team that contributes to the planning and execution of Medical Affairs strategies working closely with the local medical and cross-functional teams.
