MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Brings 6 years of hands-on experience on a development team.
- Is proficient in Java and eager to adopt new technologies.
- Has built and shipped reliable high-performance REST APIs.
- Cares about database and query performance (bonus if youve worked with Snowflake).
- Is excited about architectural and system design
- Knows Agile/Scrum and thrives in a collaborative fast-moving environment.
- Values craftsmanship i.e. code reviews automated testing microservices and continuous delivery are second nature.
- Has experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms).
- Comfortable owning services end-to-end including on-call and direct client interaction.
- Learns fast asks smart questions and balances confidence with humility.
- Leads with proactivity transparency accountability and strong communication.
- Helps shape a positive inclusive team culture.
PREFERRED QUALIFICIATIONS
- Hands-on experience withlarge-scale email processing and tracking.
- Anexpertiseinserverless queuing and streamingarchitecture.
- A background in the finance industry.
- Proven skills with AWS Lambda ECS SQS Kinesis Kafka SendGrid Postfix and Terraform.
