Our Summer Internship Program
This internship is in-person at our Arlington VA office running from June 1st to August 6th. It is Part-Time (28 hrs/week) each Monday through Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Job Summary
The Operations Intern will support business initiatives through research internal event coordination and day-to-day office operations. They will have hands-on exposure to vendor management budgeting and cross-functional operations. They will report to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Research vendors compare pricing and support cost analysis
- Help plan and execute internal company events including work on timelines budgets and logistics
- Assist with day-to-day office operations: supplies facilities coordination and administrative tasks
- Track event and operational budgets and identify cost efficiencies
- Partner with People Ops and cross-functional teams on administrative and engagement initiatives
Skills
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of initiatives
- Ability to support event planning vendor coordination and procurement activities
- Interest in and exposure to business operations and/or human resources functions
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration Operations Hospitality Event Management Human Resources or a related field
- Prior internship or campus leadership experience is a plus
- Self-starter with strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in Republican political campaigns and elections
