Perform standard maintenance on hotel equipment including plumbing electrical appliances locks heating air conditioning and bathroom fixtures to ensure all are in good working condition
Complete small renovation tasks such as painting carpeting and furnishing to maintain hotel aesthetics and functionality
Inspect systems and equipment regularly to identify faults and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime
Maintain readiness of all firefighting facilities and equipment by conducting regular checks and ensuring compliance with safety standards
Keep detailed daily logs documenting maintenance work and repairs performed within the hotel
Update and manage safety-related administrative documents to comply with regulatory and company standards
Provide maintenance support and assistance to colleagues to resolve hotel facility issues promptly
Demonstrate commitment to the Accor Vision and actively apply Accor Values in daily work
Qualifications :
ITE/Nitec Certificate in Building Facilities Maintenance Electrical/Electronics or Air Conditioning servicing
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to document and communicate maintenance activities
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external contractors
Ability to work effectively with mechanics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
