Get to know the role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to translate strategy into excellent execution. You will be fully responsible for executing GTM activity plan for Omnicommerce marketing campaigns this will include but not limited to: online and offline marketing channels social media partnership/sponsorship. You will also be expected to continuously monitor effectiveness and efficiency across initiatives also own a growth mindset to further optimize each execution plan.
In this role you will work with various stakeholders to ensure good Grab presence in nationwide-level and grow your knowledge in the category by proactively gather insights from both consumers and competitors.
The day-to-day responsibilities:
- Support and manage the development of marketing strategy and execution to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with supporting functions (Creative PR Media Social Media Operation/Business etc.) to prepare content for campaign requirements and optimize user experience.
- Manage communication calendar with other relevant teams to ensure that communications are spaced out and sent out in a timely fashion.
- Provide regular insights and analysis around campaign and content performance.
- Conduct report of business performance and campaign evaluation to be reported to Campaign Marketing.
Qualifications :
The must haves:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communication or other related field: A relevant degree is preferred
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field such as Marketing/Communications/Brand
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem solving skill attention to details & experience in project management
- Creative and innovative: Ability to generate new ideas and think outside the box
- Proficient in G workspace and other systems tools to boost productivity also campaign implementation and tracking ; AI-fluency is a strong plus point
- Solid communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels to motivate and empower whenever necessary
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa (writing and speaking)
