About the program

The Working in Science Internship Program is designed for last years students and recent graduates who want to apply what theyve learned in a real global biotechnology environment. Youll contribute to meaningful projects gain mentorship and develop skills that set you up for future success.

Department description:

Innovation and Academic Alliance within Site Management Department is responsible for detecting gaps for the improvement and creating solutions that could be piloted to improve them. These can rage from processes to innovative technological solutions.

General hiring requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Computer Science Mathematics Physics Engineering Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Strong interest in data science machine learning AI and mathematics
• Enthusiasm adaptability and a proactive attitude ready to learn help solve problems and contribute to team projects

Required skills candidate background:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree or recently graduated.
• Basic programming skills (preferred language Python or C#)
• Solid analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Good communication skills both written and verbal in English

Key details

• Eligibility: Final year students and recent graduates. Please review the specific requirements for each role.
• Duration: 3 months starting in July.
• Working model: Hybrid with partial on-site presence.
• Selection process: Application review against objective criteria HireVue video responses then a remote meeting with the recruiting team.
• Timeline: Apply by 21 March 2026. Results by mid-April.
