Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for proposals
- Write edit and customize proposals for retail clients
- Ensure proposals are compelling accurate and meet clients needs
- Conduct research to support proposal development
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging in proposals
- Review and revise proposals based on feedback from stakeholders
- Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal writing software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Desired Experience:
- 1-49 years of experience in proposal writing or a related field
- Prior experience in retail industry proposals is a plus
- Experience with print distribution and fulfillment services is advantageous
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $74000 - $120000 per year
Currency: USD
