MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years old
• Heart for working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

In this entry-level role you visit clients in their homes or workplaces to support their day-to-day living and set them up for success! Always kind and upbeat you assist clients in areas such as hygiene grooming housekeeping meal prep and medication administration. You help run errands shop for groceries and transport clients to appointments or fun activities. Attentively you also help clients get set up in their workplace and advocate for them so that they can enjoy independence while still having their needs met. You make a meaningful difference in the lives of every person you support!

Schedule: 35 to 40 hours depending on employee preference

This shift if for Supported Living and Supported Employment is Monday-Friday. This employee can work between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm. The applicant can work earlier in the morning or later in the day depending on applicant preference

Driving Requirements:

• Drivers license and own personal vehicle to transport clients is required (mileage reimbursement offered).
• Clean driving record
