IT & DATA Contract Manager

We are looking for an IT & DATA Contract Manager to join our IT Department within the Office of the this pivotal role you will act as the strategic link between our IT & DATA teams Vendor Management and the legal department ensuring our digital services are backed by robust accurate and future-proof contractual agreements. Your role and responsibilities

• Lead contractual negotiations for SaaS PaaS IaaS hardware and professional services orders (SOWs & order forms).

• Contract lifecycle management: provide advice and guidance to contract owners in their responsibilities regarding the contract lifecycle including renewals terminations performance tracking and the interpretation of contracts.

• Ensure the IT & DATA organizations internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.

• Establish KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for vendors and track compliance.

• Work closely with IT & DATA contract owners (Digital Product Managers CoE managers) to translate operational needs into effective contractual terms that fully support the needs.

• Partner with Vendor Management Legal and Indirect Procurement to ensure all IT & DATA contracts meet compliance standards and are commercially in TVHs best interest.

• Provide support and advice on new potential IT & DATA businesses opportunities (RFP/renewals etc..) for all contract related elements.

• Contribute to defining and execution of contract management strategies.

• Document register and archive all relevant contract documents.

How to succeed / Your profile

• Bachelor ICT or Legal or equivalent by experience.

• Fluent written and verbal in both English and Dutch speaking.

• Ability to negotiate firmly but fair who builds long-term partnerships rather than just transactional deals.

• High level of independence planning discipline and respect for deadlines.

• You have a proven track record in contract lifecycle management from drafting and reviewing complex IT agreements to navigating the nuances of RFPs and renewals.

• You are a natural communicator who can translate technical IT needs into clear legal terms ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and requirements are met.

• With a strong sense of responsibility you ensure that every document is meticulously registered archived and maintained according to internal standards.

• You are a resilient professional who remains calm under pressure using your organizational skills and positive attitude to resolve challenges and maintain excellent working relationships.

• You dont just manage documents; you contribute actively to the execution of contract management strategies that support the companys long-term digital growth.
