Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Leasing Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the property. No prior leasing experience is requiredtraining will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents in person by phone and via email
Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities
Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects
Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork
Maintain accurate records of traffic applications and leases
Support marketing efforts and community outreach as needed
Assist with resident retention efforts and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure resident satisfaction
