We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with strong Manufacturing Test Engineering depth who can elevate production performance and bring fresh ideas to modernize how we operate.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution innovation and measurable impact.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams
- Enhance production test systems fixtures and validation processes
- Drive yield improvement root cause analysis and defect reduction
- Improve process capability throughput and operational efficiency
- Identify and implement innovative improvements in test strategy equipment utilization and manufacturing processes
- Oversee equipment reliability and preventive maintenance strategies
- Ensure successful NPI transitions into scalable production
- Partner closely with Production Quality and Supply Chain
