Job Summary
Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking an experiencedPRNPrimary Care Nurse Practitionerto join our team atWabash Valley Correctional Facilitylocated inCarlisle Indiana. Malpractice insurance is paid for by Centurion Health.
TheNurse Practitionerworks under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team performing assessments diagnosing patients and medication management.
Qualifications
- Active unrestricted Indiana APRN license
- Active unrestricted DEA
- Ability to pass credentialing and background
- 2 years of NP experience preferred
Shift: PRN
- Day Shift
- Monday - Friday
- No nights holidays or weekends
