Mainland is hiring! We are looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our team.

The Mainland Group of Companies is a multidisciplinary construction service provider specializing in all civil works excavation shoring and energy works such as site services residential subdivisions roads highways bridges natural gas pipelines commercial site development and large industrial infrastructure projects.

What youll do:

Run 48 person crews on municipal sidewalk curb and flatwork projects
Read and interpret municipal drawings and specifications
Schedule pours order materials and coordinate with City inspectors
Enforce strict safety standards and quality control
Keep projects on time and on budget

What we need:

5 years as a concrete superintendent or lead foreman
Strong experience with municipal sidewalk/curb/gutter specs
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Valid Class 5 drivers license clean abstract
First Aid Level 1 WHMIS and construction safety tickets an asset
