Animal Hospital of Regency Park in New Port Richey is seeking a full-time experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our growing team!

Our veterinary assistants are essential members of the care team. Youll work alongside experienced technicians and veterinarians in a fast-paced environment that includes advanced diagnostics like cone-beam CT laser surgery intradermal allergy testing video otoscopy and dental radiology.

From patient care and surgical support to client communication and treatment preparation youll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality medicine while building valuable skills along the way.

Who You Are:

2 years of veterinary clinical experience as a veterinary assistant
Ability to confidently run appointments of all kinds alongside a veterinarian
Familiarity with common in-house lab machines and testing
Experience in surgery and anesthesia a plus
Confident with proper animal handling and restraint
Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule; rotating Saturdays are required
