Job Summary

N-iX is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior BI Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team in CTO office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing publishing and maintaining Sigma Computing reports and dashboards that turn data into critical insights and support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and deploy Sigma Computing dashboards and perform efficient data visualizations.
Connect to data sources import data and transform data for Business Intelligence.
Build interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Optimize existing Power BI solutions for performance and usability.
Work closely with business stakeholders and data engineers to understand data needs.
Implement row-level security and manage access permissions.
Create and maintain documentation of solutions and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
5 years of experience in Sigma Computing or a similar BI role.
Strong experience in SQL and data modeling.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g. Looker Tableau Qlik).
Experience with AWS (e.g. AWS Redshift).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in performance tuning and report optimization.
