The internship for Marketing Operations will assist in executing tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns and workflows. This role provides practical exposure to marketing analytics automation tools budget management and data management that support the companys marketing and sales alignment. Under the supervision of department mentors the trainee will contribute to campaign coordination data accuracy and process efficiency within the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign and Marketing Support
Assist in the setup execution and monitoring of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Clean contact lists received and assist to upload to Hubspot
2. Marketing Automation and CRM Operations
Help maintain data segmentation and updates within Hubspot.
Assist in maintaining lead management workflows such as scoring tagging and routing.
3. Data Analytics and Reporting
Assist in preparing performance dashboards and weekly/monthly reports.
Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing and CRM data.
4. Budget Management
Provide administrative support for new vendor onboarding and PO creation in Coupa.
Update the tracking of budget spend against budget allocation.
5. General Department Support
Participate in department meetings brainstorming sessions and process improvement initiatives.
Support documentation of workflows reports and campaign summaries.
Perform other assigned tasks aligned with the trainees learning plan.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college/university program related to:
Marketing Business Administration Communications or related fields.
Basic knowledge of marketing automation CRM systems Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn marketing technologies and data-driven practices.
