Job Summary

The Unlicensed Service Department has an opening for a Temporary Data Entry Customer Service Representative. Applicants must be able to handle high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy organization and detail.

Complete wide variety of back-office task & processes
Communicate and follow up with clients/agents as needed
Review policies & updated as needed
Process miscellaneous mail
Meet personal monthly team production and accuracy targets

Effective and efficient use of computer applications including MS Office products
Must type a minimum of 50 wpm with 95% accuracy
Work well independently
Ability to work successfully within a small collaborative team environment
Consistent attendance is an essential job function
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of client service

Other things to note

This position is an in-office role at our Traverse City Michigan location.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST.
The compensation for this position will be $16.00 USD hourly.
Familiarity with public company requirements including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations if applicable. For SOX compliant roles responsible for designing executing and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting processes and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness accuracy and compliance of all financial reporting data where applicable.
