Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Peer Leader Lead for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.
Major Responsibilities:- Create and implement schedule of activities for freshman students.
- Recruit interview and train perspective Peer Leaders.
- Match peer leaders and freshman students.
- Using grant funds schedule professional development for Peer Leaders.
- Coordinate with administration to create a calendar of activities for the year.
- Complete an approved Program of Work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills.
- Supportive of individual development.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with students parents and staff.
Additional Requirements:- This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:Effective Dates of Employment:- This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year (July 1 2026 June 30 2027).
Supervisor:Compensation:- The stipend for this position is $6304.
