- Interior and exterior carpentry
- Drywall repair and installation
- Painting (touch-ups to full rooms)
- Light electrical (fixtures switches outlets)
- Light plumbing repairs (faucets toilets disposals)
- General home maintenance and punch-list work
- Showing up on time
- Communicating clearly
- Providing accurate assessments and timelines
- Completing work cleanly and efficiently

All craftsmen are required to use industry leading software ServiceTitan for:
- Scheduling and dispatch
- Customer communication
- Estimates and invoicing
- Collecting payments in the field
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of hands-on residential repair experience
- Strong carpentry and drywall skills (must be confident in both)
- Working knowledge of light plumbing and electrical
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile software and technology in the field
- Valid drivers license and dependable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and provide references
- Takes pride in craftsmanship
- Works well independently
- Manages time effectively
- Wants consistent work without chasing jobs
