Du prüfst und kontrollierst Kostenvoranschläge von technischen Leistungen (Service/Wartung Reifen)
Du bearbeitest Pannenfälle im In- und Ausland in Kooperation mit unserem Assistance Partner*innen und stellst die Mobilität unserer Kund*innen sicher
Du übernimmst die Rechnungskontrolle und Verbuchung
Du bist unsere interne Anlaufstelle zu Fragen rund um den Bereich Wartung und Reifen
Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Kenntnisse in der KFZ-Branche von Vorteil)
Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen gesammelt
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil)
Du verfügst über gute EDV-Kenntnisse (speziell MS Excel MS Word MS Outlook)
Du arbeitest strukturiert lösungsorientiert & bist ein Teamplayer
Gehalt
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von 2.60000 brutto pro Monat je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
