We are looking for an Administrative Support (Maternity Leave Temporary Worker) to join our accounting team in Olmi (Treviso).

Key Responsibilities

Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities
Support Payroll and Time & Attendance processes
Provide support to accounting activities including general ledger entries reconciliations VAT tasks and periodic tax filings
Manage VAT monthly closing and reporting
Handle periodic tax compliance (e.g. 770 F24)
Analyze and review reconciliations and reports
Assist with special projects related to R&D reporting tax credits and similar initiatives
Provide support across a broad range of general administrative activities
Maintain desktop procedures for assigned tasks and act as back-up when needed.

Must-have Requirements

Good level of English written and spoken
Basic knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations
Willingness to work in a global team and in a complex dynamic environment
Process-oriented mindset
Proficient use of Excel

Nice-to-have Requirements

Understanding payroll processes

Experience with SAP

Knowledge of US GAAP

Project management skills

Interpersonal Skills

Ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively
Strongrelationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to work independently
