Health Data Entry Assistant

About the position:
This dynamic role blends administrative precision with meaningful classroom support. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate data collected from families and staff while also stepping in to assist teachers and provide classroom coverage as needed. By ensuring smooth daily operations both behind the scenes and in the classroom this role directly supports our mission of preparing children for Kindergarten and lifelong success.
Key Responsibilties:
- Accurately enter update and maintain data within designated databases using information gathered from parents teachers coordinators and staff
- Review and verify records to ensure completeness accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with families and team members to obtain required documentation and information
- Provide classroom assistance as needed to support daily learning activities and routines
- Deliver reliable break and lunch coverage to ensure consistent supervision and smooth center operations
- Support a positive organized and nurturing environment that promotes school readiness and child development
- Collaborate with center staff to ensure compliance with program standards and operational procedures
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Intermediate level computer skills
- 6 months experience working with spreadsheets and databases
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Valid WA State Drivers License
Details:
- Full-time 32hr per week
- 41 Weeks per year
- Wage $19.06per hour for qualified applicant
