About your new Career:
Lewis Apartment Communitiesis actively recruiting for a full-time personable and responsible individual for the important position of Night Service Manager.
NOTE: This role will be a roving position with its homebase at our upscale Lewis-owned community Homecoming at Eastvale in Eastvale CA and will often be tasked to work at other properties throughout the Inland Empire portfolio.
This full-timeevening and night hourcareer (approx. 5:30pm for 8-hour shifts) would provide supervision of the apartment community by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive proactive manner.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Parking enforcement of resident guest and visitor vehicles.
- Property patrols including walking your property for safety minor maintenance delivering notices and customer service to residents and guests.
- Completing simple maintenance requests for residents.
- Responding to resident complaints and issues and completing incident reports for each shift
- Providing an overall customer service-first approach to Lewis residents is the biggest part of your important work.
- Other duties as required.
To be successful your background should include:
- Previous military public safety law enforcement and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
- Previous experience working with the public/customers
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Ability to self-supervise and work independently
Additional info:
This career will work evenings and late into the night. Walking your community and using stairs will be required for the position. Days off are Sat/Sun.
Salary & Benefits:
In addition to your competitive hourly wage of$23.50/hour Lewis offers $60/month cellphone allowance annual bonus and raise potential a variety of health benefits 401k with company match and much more.
