DescriptionAdministrative Assistant to the SLP Director
Were seeking a reliable detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to directly support our SLP Director. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized proactive and enjoys managing details communication and day-to-day coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the SLP Directors calendar scheduling and daily priorities
- Coordinating meetings appointments and internal/external communication
- Drafting and sending professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Organizing and maintaining records files and documentation (scanning filing updating logs)
- Supporting scheduling needs for the Director (and related tasks as needed)
- Assisting with administrative projects tracking tasks and following up on action items
- Maintaining office organization systems and supporting document management
- Valid NYS drivers license
- Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned
What were looking for:
- Strong organization time-management and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to travel to Long Island office locations with SLP Director as needed.
- Professional discreet and able to handle sensitive information
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy setting
- Confident with computers and learning new systems (Google Workspace preferred)
