Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to join us during our busiest and most energetic season. Spring and summer bring strong guest traffic lively shifts and excellent earning potential for skilled servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position is seasonal in nature with the strongest hours available during peak business months. As we transition into fall schedules adjust to align with business levels and overall team needs. About the Job:
- Please bring at least one year of serving experience to the table.
- Candidates who are passionate about wine and eager to expand their knowledge are strongly preferred.
- Be knowledgeable about our food beverages and service steps to confidently make recommendations and answer questions.
- Provide friendly attentive and personalized service making guests feel valued and cared for.
- Use our Toast point-of-sale system to efficiently take orders process payments and ensure accuracy.
- Stay detail-oriented organized and dedicated to keeping the environment clean and welcoming for guests.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow offering help in other areas when needed.
- Respond to guest feedback with a positive attitude turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
