Job Summary
Self-Direction DSP - Minoa Area (Job #MH-GT)
ARISE-Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide community habilitation services in the Minoa NY area with creative 8-year-old boy. DSP must be dependable compassionate attentive to this his needs. Staff must enjoy interacting with children with disabilities and be proactive in helping him experience the world around him. Staff will be required to be able to lift at least 50 pounds. He enjoys reading books learning materials making crafts going for walks going to the library and utilizes an i-Pad to communicate.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable patient and caring. Prior experience is a plus but not necessary. Reliable transportation drivers license and a high school diploma/GED are required. Background check fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the agency.
Hiring 1-4 days a week from 2:30-6:00pm. Pay rate starts at $28 ARISE- EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
