Job Summary
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Cyber AI Senior Specialty Software Engineer that will be responsible for the design development testing documentation and analysis of specific modules or features of new or upgraded software systems and products.
In this role you will:
- Design develop and deploy AI applications using Enterprise APIs LLMs agent frameworks and other related technologies
- Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with the existing products and systems
- Develop and maintain large scale applications using Java Python OpenShift containers GCP public cloud and other relevant technologies
- Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI LLM second agentic frameworks and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and models
- Assist other individuals in advanced software development
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
- 4years experience in software development
- 4 years experience in Python Java OpenShift containers GCP public cloud and other relevant technologies
- 3 years of AI and ML concepts including deep learning natural language processing or computer vision
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Chatbots Transformer models SWE-Bench is preferred
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain LangGraph Swarm CrewAI AutoGen Google ADK
- Exposure to DevOps and testing best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Experience with the agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GIT
- Design develop and maintain enterprisegrade AI solutions that are scalable secure and productionready.
- Drive continuous innovation by monitoring industry research running proofofconcepts and fostering ongoing learning
