Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
Ensures guest satisfaction through quality food presentation (hot delicious and properly dressed plates) and customer service. Performs duties in a conscientious pleasant and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Check all tickets and position food orders in the window for food servers.
- Dress all plates for food server.
- Ensure food servers pick up food in a prompt manner.
- Call back re-fire side orders etc. and deal one on one with cooks.
- Perform posted side work and other duties as directed by management.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for guests and fellow co-workers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Work requires 6 months previous food expeditor experience.
- Work requires effective communication in English both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
- Must present a neat and professional appearance.
- Work requires interactions with customers public and co-workers.
- Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Fast paced high volume environment. Also requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs. and may require lifting up to 40 lbs. Shifts may vary based on business needs.
