- Explorespotentialpartnershipstoacceleratemarketdevelopment.
- Researchesindustryandrelatedeventspublicationsandannouncements.
- &Dteamstoshapesolutionarchitectureandroadmap.
- LeadthebusinessproposalvalidationdevelopsdetailedexecuteplanstoaddressopportunitiesforNXPincludinganaccurateandtrackableforecastonrevenueandROI.
- DriveandcoordinatetheregionalandBUmarketingactivitieswithCarOEMtosupportbusinessgrowthtarget.
Requirements:
- BachelororaboveDegreeinElectricalEngineeringorrelated.
- 1015yearssellingexperiencewithintheSemiconductor/Automotiveindustrywithatleast8yearsinasalesmanagementposition.
- ProventrackrecordinachievingRevenueandDesignWintargetbysellinghighvalueapplicationstoindustryleading CarOEMs.
- ProvenabilityatsellingatClevelaswellasTechnicalmanagementlevel.
- Proventrackrecordofsellingsolutions.
- Experience with Automotive System Engineering would be plus.
- Highlyeffectivecommunicationandpresentationskills.
- Strongcommercialacumencredibilityandpresencetoenableeffectiverelationshipbuildinginfluencingandinstillingconfidenceataseniorlevel.
- Goodcommunicationskillswillingtoworkwithcolleaguesandcustomersinfield.
