The Role
Our GlobalAccounting Managerwill be responsible for establishing accuracy by developing and implementing systems for collecting analyzing verifying and reporting information. Supervise track and evaluate day-to-day financial and accounting activities for the assigned entities. The Accounting Managerwill work closely with our accounting management team.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and execute month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities
- Oversee multi-entity accounting including intercompany transactions reconciliations and eliminations
- Support global consolidation activities and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
- Partner with regional finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. IFRS US GAAP) and company policies
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances
- Contribute to process improvements documentation and accounting automation initiatives
- Support ERP system utilization and enhancements to improve reporting and operational efficiency
What We Expect From You:
- CPA licensed or actively pursuing CPA certification
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong exposure to global accounting environments including multi-entity operations intercompany accounting and foreign currency transactions
- Experience managing month-end close processes and financial reporting activities
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite SAP Oracle or similar)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards (IFRS and/or US GAAP)
- Experience collaborating with cross-regional stakeholders and supporting audit activities
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
