Loan Officer

What Youll Be Doing (aka your everyday impact)

Build and nurture relationships with community leaders and referral partners
Represent the organization at community events meetings and networking opportunities
Meet with prospective borrowers to understand their goals and funding needs
Collect and review financial documents to support sound lending decisions
Analyze creditworthiness and evaluate collateral
Structure loan terms and negotiate agreements that work for everyone
Prepare and present loan proposals for management approval
Deliver timely application review and excellent communication (no ghosting borrowers were all adults here)
Provide technical assistance and guidance to applicants and small business owners
Connect with and occasionally present to the Board
Volunteer and stay visible in the community we serve
