We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team at our Niantic location. This is an opportunity for a career-minded automotive professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about leading teams building processes and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales department
- Work thesales desk to structure deals and support the sales team
- Drive performance through coaching accountability and process execution
- Promote and enforce dealership sales and follow-up processes
- Monitor inventory pricing strategy and gross objectives
- Improve customer-to-dealer interactions both in-store and digitally
- Foster a positive solutions-first culture
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Integrity and transparency in all customer and employee interactions
- A solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive performance while maintaining strongCSI
