CCSWW is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of HR Strategy and Operations. Working closely with the Vice President of Human Resources and in support of a 4000 workforce (both union and nonunion) committed to serving vulnerable communities this position will shape HR infrastructure across our multi-regional organization. Partnering with experienced HR Directors across the state this leader will engage in strategic collaboration to support program development. Successful candidates will have 8 years of HR functional and business process experience and 3 years in HR leadership.

Salary: $170000 per year (D.O.E.) witha competitive benefits package:

Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Acts as a key though partner to senior leadership supporting the VP of HR in developing aligning and executing HR strategies to meet CCSWW goals.
- Lead cross-regional HR initiatives system improvements and organizational restructuring efforts while representing HR leadership in key decision-making forums.
HR Operations & Program Manager
- Oversee daily HR operations regional office continuity and policy development while serving as the primary HR contact for the CCSWW Long Term Care system.
- Support compensation HRIS and reporting while leading HR projects system upgrades and workflow improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensures strict adherence to employment laws. Oversees the entire Workers Compensation program manages complex investigations and partners with Safety/Risk departments to reduce incidents.
Talent & Organizational Development
- Supports talent acquisition retention and succession planning. Promotes a culture of DEI employee engagement and performance management.
Team Leadership
- Advises and supports regional HR Directors fosters a collaborative service-oriented team and escalates complex matters to the VP of HR.
Data-driven Decision Making
- Utilizes HR metrics dashboards and workforce analytics to inform strategic planning and improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field with 8 years of functional HR experience including over 3 years in leadership and operational roles.
Strong systems knowledge with experience defining technical requirements and using technology to scale programs.
A strategic thinker capable of deep-dive problem solving and implementing business-centric HR solutions.
Proven experience in HR operations compliance and employee relations.
Strong leadership mentoring and team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics/reporting.
Excellent communication and ability to act on behalf of the VP or HR.
