About your role:

We are seeking an Order-to-Cash (OTC) Master Data Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy integrity and governance of OTC master data within SAP S/4HANA. In this role you will partner closely with Billing Finance and IT to streamline the creation validation and maintenance of master data supporting clean order processing accurate billing and reliable reporting. You will also advance automation by leveraging SAP Fiori and AI tools to reduce manual effort and enable touchless data maintenance. This position is a business operations role focused on customer and transactional master data governance and does not involve IT development data analytics or technical system configuration.

What youll do:

• Create and maintain OTC master data in SAP S/4HANA including Business Partners (sold-to ship-to payer bill-to) Material master sales views units of measure listings and customermaterial relationships.
• Partner with Billing to ensure master data supports billing accuracy tax configuration credit management and downstream integrations.
• Perform detailed validations across OTC master data objects to proactively identify and resolve gaps inconsistencies and errors.
• Standardize request flows improve controls and quality checks reduce turnaround times and clarify governance and role responsibilities across teams.
• Lead automation initiatives using SAP Fiori-based master data apps workflow enhancements and AI-enabled validation to minimize manual entry.
• Execute and support data migration and cleansing for SAP S/4HANA conversions new customer onboarding sales material management and system enhancements.
• Conduct routine audits and data integrity checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and governance policies; maintain up-to-date documentation and end-user guidance.

Experience youll need to have:

• 2 years of experience administering ERP master data.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes (customer setup sales material billing dependencies partner functions).
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems Computer Science or a related field or equivalent combination of education related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC
• Experience with Fiori apps for master data or workflow tasks.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Oracle Cloud Financials) or equivalent training.

How youll work:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:This role may require travel on occasion (5%).
