What Youll Do
As a Parts Advisor youll play a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
Manage the full parts sales process from technician inquiry to invoicing
Partner with the Parts Manager to source and locate parts
Process and track special orders
Communicate order updates with customers and service advisors
Notify customers when parts arrive
Assist with stocking shipping receiving and deliveries as needed
Support e-commerce operations
Deliver friendly professional service every step of the way
