02/25/20263200 Cooper Forest Park RoadLorainOhio44001United States of AmericaDaVita is hiring a Dialysis Clinical Coordinator (Experienced Dialysis RN) to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal this role youll oversee treatment guide clinical staff and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Hours -Monday - Saturday MWF 5a-4p TTS 5a-1p
Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
Supervise clinical staff including PCTs
Ensure safe compassionate dialysis delivery
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Schedule can start as early as 4:00am and range from 10 - 16 hours per shift depending on clinic needs
Requirements:
Dialysis Experience Required for this position
Active Ohio RN license and CPR certification
18 months RN experience including 6 months dialysis experience
Charge RN readiness approval required
ADN required; BSN preferred
ICU ER or Med/Surg experience preferred
CNN/CDN certification a plus
Basic computer skills (MS Word Outlook)
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
