Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented experienced CRNA to join the team at Acadiana Endoscopy Center (AEC) in Lafayette Louisiana. This is a solo-practice Endo setting offering autonomy efficiency and strong work-life balance within a cohesive tenured team.

Position Highlights:

• Base Salary of $190000 W2 with earning potential up to $220000!
• Quarterly retention bonuses
• Annual case count bonus
• 6 Weeks Off
• CRNA-only site enjoy working independently
• Endoscopy only: Upper EGD & Colonoscopies
• 4 sites of service daily and average 45 cases per day
• Mon Fri 7:30 AM 3:00 PM schedule
• CRNAs here enjoy an average 35-hour work week
• Peel-off system opportunity to leave early when cases finish.

• Board Certified
• Team player looking to join a cohesive well-established group and ability to practice independently
