Job Description:
As the Founding Engineer at Fig AI you will partner directly with the co-founders to digitize the $750B food manufacturing industry. You will build sophisticated AI agents that automate complex sales compliance and supply chain workflows. From architecting RAG systems to scaling backend infrastructure you will play a critical role in defining our technical foundation from day zero.

What you will do:

Design and deploy AI agents using Gemini and Anthropic to automate 100-page document completions and end-to-end compliance workflows.
Build and maintain a robust backend using Kotlin and Spring Boot to ingest high volumes of data from customer ERP and CRM systems.
Work across the full stack to create discoverable product catalogs through semantic analysis and custom RAG implementations.
