Job Description

Reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition the Coordinator Talent Acquisition for Long Term Care you will provide essential operational support across our talent programs while partnering closely with internal teams educational institutions and facility leaders. Youll be responsible for managing centralized communications coordinating clinical placements maintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and helping strengthen our presence within colleges and universities.

This position will be based at our Head Office in Markham Ontario. Extendicare offers a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide operational support to recruitment and retention programs

  • Partner with the facilities to deliver program information and provide training

  • Manage the central support mailbox and address queries in a timely manner

  • Liaison with colleges and universities to support clinical placements

  • Collaborate with HR business partners legal payroll and finance teams

  • Create and update profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday

  • Work with colleges and universities to enhance our Campus engagement

  • Other duties as assigned.

What were looking for:

  • Minimum of1 year talent acquisition experience preferably in retail healthcare hospitality or other high-volume industry is an asset.

  • Experience managing and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Collaborative team player who can manage competing demands and needs of multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Action oriented and ability to deliver results.
