Job Summary
Aligned with Gracelands commitment to student success the Work-Study Program offers an enriching combination of paid employment and professional growth through service opportunities both on and off campus. With flexible schedules of approximately 510 hours per week the program supports students in managing work academics and active participation in social and athletic pursuits. Compensation typically starts at the federal minimum wage with some roles offering higher pay depending on the complexity of the responsibilities and required skills.
Students may engage in various roles such as clerical support data entry customer service event coordination lab assistance tutoring or food service. These positions are carefully curated to build foundational workplace competenciesincluding communication organization adaptability discretion and technical proficiency.
